Another WI...

Weigh in this morning and 3lb off - which takes me to 15.6!! Not much of a suprise though as I weigh myself every morning! I know this is not the norm and probably a little OTT, but it helps me to stay focused - if there is a gain it motivates me to work harder, if there is a loss, that motivates me to work harder too!

I have 2 stone off since January, and can now throw out the HUGE clothes I bought in Evans just before christmas - which makes me so happy. I am comfortably in size 16 jeans and 18 top - which means I can now shop the high street again!

At the start of March I had bought jeans, which I couldnt get past my ass for motivation and now they come up properly and BUTTON!! My hubby loves how they look on me and I am so pleased they fit! Another 7lbs and they will fit perfect.

We had a lovely weekend - and enjoyed a 6 mile walk on Sunday. Baby W is now crawling and is great fun, even though she is teething again!

Feeling very proud of myself!

What a day...

So the garden guy left - with a job well done, however feeling really peeved. He managed two half days, didnt need some of the stuff he quoted me for and muggins here handed over a wad of cash - he must have laughted at me all the way to the pub. That put me in great form, but I have again managed to stay out of the cupboards, he may have made my wallet lighter, but he will not make my scales go up!

Have to day I am enjoying the weather..... long may it continue!

I had a lovely lunch today - I am determined to get under 15.7 by monday coming so I have cut my points this week, by just a wee bit. This was today -

Breakfast - 50g Special K (but not special K and cheaper brand!)
small glass of OJ
weight watchers fat free yoghurt
1/4 pint of 1% milk

Lunch - seeded ciabatta roll
2 quorn fillets
some onions, peppers and mushrooms (fried in spray oil)
Tomato puree
few bits of dried chilli flakes

Dinner - little bit of mash spuds
carrots, turnip, brocolli, cauli
6 quorn nuggets

Snacks - Bliss Bar and Kitkat.

Still have points to spare - so gonna bank them

Weight In... dun dun dunnnnn

Morning - well I lost 1lb this morning, not much but at least its a loss and takes me to 15.9! Had a good weekend dispite the awful weather! Saturday was spent at my parents house where Brooke is spolit rotten! Sunday, blooming clocks changing!! Brooke was up at what would have been 6.15 (actually 7.15) and oddly enough Mr.W was the first one up and dressed telling me he had a new walk for me to go on! We were out the door before 9am on a Sunday, I'm sure the neighbours thought we were sick in the head! It was a lovely walk along a canal and we went about 6 miles. My legs were killing me, but the fresh air was lovely!

I had one of those days on sunday where I could have eaten everything in sight, but I managed to resist most things!! I did have a nibble of Mr.W's chocolate, soooo goooood!!!!

Anyway the gardener is here today and making a right racket!! Here's to another good day - plwnty of exercise and pointing!!

Boy's and their Toy's

Just put the baby to bed at 8pm - (like a sleeping angel!) Came down stairs only to find that the romantic evening I had in mind - shattered. Mr.W is pearched on the end of the sofa, head phones on (I kid you not!) not just any head phones, these have a microphone on them too (LOSER!!) he has organised an X-Box party.....
ach well cup of coffee and a kit kat anyone!?

Recipe - Fish Pie

My Fish Pie

160g Pollock
1 Leek
4 heaped tablespoons petit pois
75g Extra light Philly
1/2 Fish Stock cube
Packed of Asda Good for You - mash potatoes

I steam the fish first, with the leeks of the top layer of steamer.

Flake the fish up when cooler into oven dish - add the leeks and peas season well.

Make up the stock cube with boiling water about 200mls and add the cheese. You will need to thicken with a little cornflour.

Place the potatoes on top and bake for 20-30 mins
Delish - serve with lots of vegetables.
Will serve up to 3 adults

12St Stunners!

This is the group which I run on WW Online - there are around 20 girls all on the journey to be a 12St Stunner or passing through on the way to their goals! I will post the results of the group on here also and If anyone else would like to join, just let me know.

Jeans!!

This morning, Just for the heck of it I tried on jeans that I had worn on the day after my wedding Aug 08, alright I kinda had to try them as I had not got round to the washing yeaterday (must do better!) and they fitted!! Next step is to try on my wedding dress when I'm at my mums, this should also fit again - and If it does I may wear it all day just for the craic.

Today I met my mum and brother and we ended up having Lunch in M&S - I had Tomato and Basil soup and brown roll and was very chuffed to check the eating out guide and the soup was only 1.5 points and the roll 2.5. It was delish and we managed to pass all the pastries and cakes!

Chilli con carne for tea and maybe a wee glass of wine and a cuddle with Mr.W! Baby be good!!!

No breaks!

Jimmy - how's it going?

The weather here is just terrible which does not help you eat well - the rain and wind just beggs comfort eating - I MUST RESIST!!

Step class last night was great I did the whole class with no breaks, and sweated buckets! You really do start to get a feel good buzz, Ive never experienced that before.

So I came home all full of beans to find Mr.W glued to the TV playing the X-Box, he has a tin of beer on the floor and I notice the daily points guide on the side. I say to him, you drink over your limit lots...he looked at me and tutted with the look that says - clear off and leave me alone - so I did. Men are such children!

I think I will still be leaving him alone tonight and the next night and maybe the next one - I hate being tutted at! GRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR

I had a sneeky peek this morning and still no movement this week, sitting at 15.10 so today I am drinking loads and eating all of my points! Hopefully the rain will clear and I can get Brookie out for a walk.

First Day of the rest of my life....

Jimmy - today is the first day, and I know - how many times I'm I gonna say that!

I've never had a blog before - So I'm not sure if this is in any way interesting or if anyone will even read it, but I guess it will help me!

Over the past few days I've been on a destructive mission to put on as much weight as possible, by eating as much as possible and It's gotta stop!
The thing is dispite the support on the 5+ Boards WW (those guys and gals are great) I'd like a well done and a pat on the back! Ive almost lost 2 stone (3lbs to go) and my jeans are hanging off me and Im out of Evans clothes and back onto the main stream high street, but without my nearest and dearest saying much in the way of - well done you! Is it soo much to ask!? I'm such a moaner!

But it's making me feel that really there isnt much to notice and maybe I'm not doing as well as I thought! SOOOOOOO

SOD them!!! I've lost a whack!! And I'm gonna loose more!!

I will get there and today is a new day -

1. I will track all my food
2. I will go to step tonight
3. I will be more positive
